Good American comfort food. They have a lunch section in the menu as well as a brunch section. The pot roast was very good -... soft meat, mash potatoes, and veggies. I will definitely be back to try other stuff. They also sell your classic TV dinners thatare made in house and frozen so you can heat it up whenever you want! 4 stars because customer service could have been better.We waited a while to find our waiter for our check at the end. The food runner didn't look too happy bringing our food out andwhen we asked for plates to share our food, she didn't seem like she wanted to be there. No biggie though. So much flavor! Meal was fantastic! Highly recommend Cajun fries if you get a side. Staff, Juliana, was great. Excellent... services and wonderful food! 5 star service + 3 star food made the 4 stars. Interior comfortable and relaxing. Ms. ReRe gave exceptional service. The menu... has a wide variety of choices (brunch, lunch, dinner). The bacon wrapped meatloaf had lots of flavor (looking forward to lunchtomorrow). Nice sized portions. Sangria flight (so u can determine which u like). We enjoyed our "first" visit. The fried deviled eggs were very tasty with their 4 bottle sauce caddy, tried them all and loved... them. The beer battered fish and chips was stellar, our server Alwin recommended the malt vinegar...it added depth to the fishwhich was fried just right, the chips were amazing as well. I asked Alwin to help me choose between the black and blue burgeror the pot roast beef dip sammy, he said I should try the black and blue cheese burger and come back for the dip...sounds like aplan. We had a great first experience at Lazy Dog tonight! They were very accommodating throughout our reservation process and we were... greeted with a large table set up for our party of 9 immediately upon arrival. We started with the goat cheese and pepper jellyand street corn fries which were both delicious (especially the goat cheese)! Around the table we had a large variety of mealsranging from salad to burgers to salmon and the country fried steak, and every plate was clean by the end of the meal! Ourservers, ReRe and Johnathan, were very helpful with menu recommendations, super on top of our drink refills, and provided greatservice from start to finish of the meal. Ask for them when you go! Outstanding! Always a little nervous to try places as soon as they open because they?re usually still figuring stuff out, but... these guys rock! Ceecee is awesome! Super kind, great suggestion, and very attentive. We came for lunch. Had the pitcher ofwhite peach sangria(so refreshing!) hush puppies, Buffalo nuggets, shrimp tacos, and butter cake for dessert. ALL of it wasgreat! That butter cake is super top notch though! Love the little bit of mint and strawberry compote. We will definitely beback! ???? Read more
This was my first time visiting Lazy Dog and it will definitely not be my last! My waitress was Elena and she was attentive and... friendly. I would rate her service as outstanding. The food was very good. My Seared Ahi Tuna was delicious, and my sister saidher fish tacos were good. I tasted The Bananas Foster French Toast my friend had and it was wonderful! This place is now definitely one of my favorites and honestly the bar was set with our lovely bartender Miriam. She is just a... breath of fresh air she was so informative when it came to the menu she basically picked our order for us and did not disappointbecause the food was just impeccable. Her drinks were also delicious and still strong ! You can tell she?s good at what shedoes. She deserves a raise! The food though, absolutely tasty the Cajun fries with the sauce was so good I also had the roastbeef dip and it was also really good. The bison meatloaf was something new but I did not regret it it was wrapped in bacon andcooked to perfection tho.
