My husband and I are frequent customers to The Pub Fountains location and have always enjoyed the food, drinks, service, and... live entertainment -especially the AMAZING bartenders Kelly and Braighan. But this past Monday 08/16/21 we went and had theMOST HORRIBLE experience with bartender Kristin G. aka Kris. My husband had ordered two double Titos and cranberry. The firstone tasted fine but the second one did not taste right. So, we notified Kristin of it and asked to have the drink taken off andreplaced with something else and were immediately told NO. She said that because she did not make the drink wrong and because hedidn't like it, she can't remove it from our tab and replace it with something else. Instead, she said the drink will have toremain on our tab regardless if he drinks it or not but that he can order another drink to add to the tab if he'd like. Thisdid not sit very well with either of us and so we asked for a manager. Kristin called over Manager Jason but before we couldspeak to him, she began to telling him that she did not make the drink wrong and said she cannot take off the drink (which shewas just a few feet away from us behind the bar as she was speaking to Jason). So once Jason came over, he was immediately onthe defense of his bartender. He said the drink cannot be taken off because Kris did not make it wrong and asked what was wrongwith the drink. Again, my husband reiterated to him that the drink did not taste right and the after taste of it didn?t sitright. Jason then followed it up with that because my husband took ?A? drink of it, that?s another reason why he cannot take offthe drink. Working in a professional corporate industry over many years, I speak from experience that the worst thing a managercan do is approach the customer with a biased, negative attitude based off what the employee conveyed instead of being receptiveto the issue for a resolution. Very chill place to grab a bite to eat and have a drink. The food is surprisingly good. We had the beef Nachos, chicken... tenders, pub sandwich and mozerella sticks. All of which were delicious. The service was also really good, friendly andquick. They also have live music that started up around 7. Read more
Beer selection is okay, food is alright, music is good just not my style. They used to be more vegetarian friendly, but they... took most of the options off the menu. Most of the staff are nice. Read more
Great place to relax a bit, live music is great, pretty loud but if you've been to a concert before you'll be fine, staff is... super friendly. Nice friendly service and fun outside patio with live band
Went out for Saturday date night and it turned out perfect. Sat at the outside bar. Nice because there was space and didn't feel... like I was sitting too close to people. Drinks were great. Fried pickles were good but I wouldn't order the wings again.Something tasted funny about them. ????. Ended up being a live band. Over all... Will go back! Read more
