Food was tasty. I had the Rise and Shine breakfast (2 eggs, bacon, house fries, white toast). My only problem was the wait... times. Our server was attentive, but a bit overwhelmed. If I could leave zero stars for this location I would. MANDY the cashier was rude, and walked away from me, several times,... while making unprofessional remarks, had time to text on her phone and go out for a smoke break but couldn't handle a payingcostumers missing most of their orders. Ordered to go, was missing 60% of my order, after being told everything was in the bag.They knew they were out of everything, no offer to substitute and no warning that there was missing items. When I tried to getresolved Mandy walked away again stating she was calling the police. I did not raise my voice not one time, I just simplywanted either what I paid for or a refund on the missing items. I am absolutely disgusted at this cashiers behavior and beingthreatened was embarrassing in front of a whole restaurant. Who runs a business like this? So now I've paid for items I did notreceive with no resolution. Appalling behavior coming from a grown women who couldn't handle simple problem solving while onthe job. Our experience was horrible. After standing in line for about 10 minutes, we were skipped to have our names added to the list... just to be seated. After addressing the situation, the hostess corrected it by placing us in the proper order on the list. Wewaited almost an hour to be seated and were ready to place orders right away. The server was friendly and apologized for ourfood almost taking another hour to come out. The sausages were mushy, greasy and undercooked. The cinnamon biscuits were coldand old. The hashbrowns were swimming in grease. French toast was soggy and pancakes were disgusting. Eggs tasted watery. Applejuice was refreshing and the grapes were amazing! Definitely cleaner than IHOP. Came on a Sunday around 1 and there was about a 10-15 minute wait. The thing I have always... understood about Bob evans is that you order breakfast. I don't mess with lunch or dinner options. I got a chicken fried steakand some eggs. It was salty goodness. The wife got an omelette. Service was good. Read more
This is a good Bob Evan's location. I've been here for breakfast and dinner multiple times. The staff is always friendly and... polite. The prices are also some of the lowest around compared to other restaurants in the area. I highly recommend their Riseand Shine burger. The patty was cooked and seasoned well. The eggs, bacon, beef patty, and hasbrown all complemented each othervery well. My wife got the southwest avacado chicken. The chicken was very juicy, but it could've used more seasoning and salt.The chicken noodle soup was tastless. I don't recommend it. Overall this location is good and I will gladly go there again. Food was fine, though we weren?t told when substitutes were being made (pumpkin bread instead of banana bread). Biggest problem... was cleanliness. Restaurant was dirty, especially coffee mugs. We asked for new mugs and were given new, dirty mugs a secondtime. See picture of scum on mug before and after I wiped it off. Server had very little awareness. Read more
Ranch dressing is garbage! Instant mashed potatoes, canned corn and microwave Mac and cheese! 15 minutes to get drinks, 20... minutes for ?food?. Service was horrible! Servers and hostess and kitchen staff just hanging around. No wonder place wasempty!! Read more
We got there at 9:45am. Waited 15 mins to be seated. Not bad. But then waited almost an hour for your breakfast. We were hungry... when we got there we?d almost lost our appetite by the time we got our food. The waitress was very nice. Gave low stars becauseof the crazy wait time for our food. Read more
