I was charged and given the wrong meal. This has ruined my day and I hope nobody comes back to this burger king again.

Burger Kings seem to notoriously have bad service. This is the first time I?ve been to a Burger King in a few years and I have... to say it will be the last again. After ordering my food, the lady at the window was very rude. She threw the bags of food in myhands as soon as she opened the window and closed it in my face immediately. I waved to get her attention. She reopened thewindow and said ?Yeah?? As if I?m bothering her. I asked for some ketchup which she carelessly dropped in my hands and closedthe window back immediately. After taking the food out of the bags, I discovered that several of the syrup containers had slitsin the middle and the bag sticky and wet. Some of the food was ruined. I went back and replaced some items. Frustrated becauseI?m unsure if it was done purposefully, but I won?t be going back. Read more

My daughter has Aspergers and has been in this Burger King twice in the past few months and because of her medical issues can... forget something but then realize she needs to correct something. She's usually super polite when asking for her order to becorrected and that she's very apologetic about her mistake. Both times the manager has been extremely rude and down gradingtowards my daughter and I'm sorry but I refuse to spend my money at this location. I can't believe that a manager would be sorude to anyone let a lone my daughter whose only trying to fix her mistake before the foods even been made. Read more

Changed my rating, would give no stars if I could. Sitting in drive through for well over 40 minutes, a line of like 10 cars... behind us and none in front, won't answer phone, after horn honking for about 5 min someone finally answers the drive thru,tells us they can't sell us 4 cokes ?!?! Dont know how to do Coupon codes and then ask us to pull to the front. They gave us adifferent deal and when we get there they are confused as can be, slow/lethargic well beyond what is normally experienced atestablishments like this, everybody's eye's are bloodshot and drooping so much that I'd say they were sleep deprived. They wereneglectful or incompetent or high or all being trained at the same time but also friendly so I'll give them that. Veryfrustrating visit. Hope to give a better review in the distant future after they have time to get their act together. Read more

I really hate to write bad reviews, but this isn't the first time it's happened. Almost every time I get a custom order, they... just ignore it and give me whatever the norm is. I specifically asked for no pickles or tomato, and PAID for cheese and baconbut it just came as a normal Whopper. Either they can't read or simply choose not to. They really need to pay attention to whatthe actual order is. Read more

Food was good, employees were good. Service was quick and the bathroom was clean. Love how up to date the restaurant looks.

Inside was closed(so no bathroom break for hungry travelers), person taking our order didn't understand or communicate well,... charged us for a TON of sauces NO idea why...then once we saw the mistake After they charged our card we didn't even get theextra sauces in our bag. $4 in "sauces" that we will never get back. =( Read more
