Just left there and had an alright experience. The young lady on the line was serving very small portions and then asking if I... wanted a double scoop of chicken. I really just wanted my full one scoop of chicken? Anyway, instead of leaving kind ofannoyed, I went back and explained the situation and I was given an extra side of chicken which was great. I really appreciate the flexibility they have with options to pick up your food including placing orders ahead of time using... their website or app. I took a chance coming in toward the end of the day, but the food quality was still good and the servicewill still decent. I also appreciate how much room there is inside the restaurant if you want to sit and eat. I think mostpeople get it to go, so there's usually lots of space. Be aware this store inconsistently closes early despite the usual standard hours and tend to be out of base ingredients 4 hours... before close. Came in an got a burrito which the corn salsa was practically frozen, the food wasn't the worst part though. The gentleman who... helped with the meat, beans and rice obviously felt trapped, you could just tell he is in a bullying environment by the otherstaff, at one point I thought he was just gonna get up and leave, and honestly I wouldn't blame him. Let me first say I love Chipotle! But recently the Stafford location has been slacking. I always do pick up which you usually... have to wait extra long. This time it was ready on-time but my food was cold and the bowl was half empty I didn't get what Ipaid for at all!! May have to start going back to Moe's instead! Read more

If I could give this place minus zero stars I would. I have worked in the food industry for many years. What I saw today, as a... former chef and district manager would have had me letting people go. The hot food area was filthy, looked like it had not beenwiped down all day. How can you serve people food from such a disgusting counter area?! Tables were filthy as well, the trashlooked like no one had emptied it all day? I cannot understand it, there is no excuse for it there were more than 8 to 10employees running around like chickens with the heads off in the back. I am horrified at this blatant disregard for basicsanitary and health compliance. This place needs a health inspection and food service inspection.
