The delivery van was parked in between the handicap zone in the space delineated for van access. I spoke to the driver who told... me he was going to move soon. I then called the store and asked to speak to management and was told this is their driver's dailyroutine and it wasn't her responsibility to change it. I entered another neighboring store in the shopping center to be toldthey lose business as a result of this selfish and in fact illegal behavior. Do better for our community. Read more

I had an issue with an order sent to me because there was a hair on one of my chocolate-covered fruits. I spoke with someone,... and they remade the platter with no issue. So today, 4/14/2020, they sent me my remade platter. The grapes are covered in dirt,and there's a strawberry with mold that I ate before I noticed because the leaf-covered it. I immediately called and spoke witha young girl who was giving me too much of an attitude that was disrespectful, and uncalled for. Would you give this platter toyour mother? I highly recommend their chocolate covered strawberries. They have many options to fit any budget. I literally got a cup of... chocolate covered strawberries for my son for his birthday under $7. The young man who helped me was polite and caring. He mademy package look amazing! My son loved the strawberries. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a delicious andaffordable gift. Things sometimes go wrong but it's how you fix it that makes a difference! On valentine's day when weather delayed deliverys and... my wife did not receive my order in time to enjoy on the day expected edible arrangements reached out to us and replaced theorder the next day and added balloons at no charge I appreciate the way we were treated and we never had to reach out to them itwas on them making it right on their own Amazing in these times and yes the Platter was delicious will definitely use them again Read more
I ordered a dipped chocolate platter 2 hours prior to expected pickup time. When I arrived at my pickup time the associate told... me specifically that the bananas needed to chill and that the order would be ready in 10 minutes. No big deal. The order wasn'tready for another 10-15 minutes. When I received the order and inspected it, I noticed both mold and deep bruising on my plainstrawberries. The chocolate on the bananas was very sloppy and some white chocolate even transferred onto a few pieces of otherfruit. Being that I waited almost a half hour beyond the expected time for the order, having worked at an EA in the past andhaving an understanding of how long production takes, along with the transfer of unchilled chocolate, it was apparent to me thatthe order didn't begin to be prepped until right around when it was expected to be picked up. I brought the platter back andasked for a refund because I didnt feel comfortable paying almost $50 for an inedible arrangement due to its inherent healthrisk, lack of time consciousness and for being generally aesthetically displeasing. I'd have given 1 star for this experiencebut I settled on 2 because outside of the associate implying that it takes hours to chill chocolate dipped bananas andsuggesting that my order was late because I'd "just recently ordered" he maintained his professionalism throughout the ordeal. I received a bouquet of flowers and 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries as part of a sympathy gift. The strawberries were... fresh, sweet, juicy and generously covered with delicious chocolate. I was also impressed with the beautiful bouquet of flowers.The flowers were vibrant, freshly picked and perfectly arranged, ready to put in a vase. It?s been 2 weeks since I received theflowers and they still look great. We sincerely appreciate the excellent service and your attention to detail. I sent a message to the store complaining about the delivery not being sent over to my cousins address in time. Little did I... know that when trying to call the store (it was closed) that they indeed delivered it but the track order page did not updateaccordingly. I was a little upset about the lack of communication on the stores part since it closed and I received no word,but was told it was delivered on time and in beautiful condition and just wanted to apologize to the store and the employeesthere.
