Been here three times. We have only ordered the Medium bucket C each time and once added fresh clams as an appetizer. Tried... cajun hot seasoning which was a bit salty for my preference but husband enjoyed it. Also tried garlic butter hot seasoning whichwas delicious! We ate here today for lunch. The waitress was very friendly and attentive- so I give her service a 5 star. The reason for the 2... star overall is because of the quality of the boiled crabs. I’m from Louisiana and I understand that I’m not going to getLouisiana in Virginia, but they definitely missed the mark all around. We ordered 1/2 dozen blue crabs, 1/2lb snow crab, 1/2lbdungenous crabs, 1lb of boiled shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage. We ordered everything “Cajun hot”. When I seen they had theketchup/mayo dip we make in Louisiana I had high hopes that a Cajun was in the kitchen. The shrimp, potatoes and corn were ok.ALL of the crab were mushy, the shells were soft like they may have sat in water too long, the shells stuck to the crab meat.The flavor was fine- but the crabs weren’t really edible. We were refunded for the snow crab. Our bill was still over $70-which wouldn’t bother me at all if the crab weren’t mushy. A lady did come out and speak with us about the quality-hopefully they take the constructive criticism and change the way they boil/soak. Prices is average compared to other seafood boil.\n\nThe taste is just a good as shaken crab or Crafty Crab. My family and I had dinner 25 July 2022. My first impression walking in was very clean establishment and all smiles on their... faces. They could do a bit more construction to open their floor up. There is a sense of a fast food layout. I don\'t know whatwas there before. The food was put in a timely manner. It was well seasoned hot. The amount on food was fairly priced. I gotthe C bucket with Cajun season at a medium spicy level. I would say they hit the mark on that. I do know when you get into spicelevels,this will always be opinion based, but I think it was spot on. Our server was friendly and checked on us routinely overthe dinner. If the owners swe this, ease check your menu, you have show crab legs instead of snow crab legs in several spots onthe menu. Surprised to see Ryan from another restaurant. Their loss is juicy buckets gain. He’s great with customers and is on his game.... So happy to see him here. His first day and our first time here. We really enjoyed our visit to this new restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of seafood options from Seafood... boils with mix and match seafood choices along with choice of sauce and spice level. Fried Seafood basket.
