I really wanted to support this place but I can?t anymore and it?s not about the shakes. On Saturday, July 30, around 2:30, I... went there to buy a shake which I started doing on Saturdays for lunch. In the process of getting my card, I dropped it and itconveniently fell in a small slit at the bottom of the counter. There was no way to get it since it was permanently attached andI couldn?t see it anymore. So I told the young lady what happen and she tried to get it but couldn?t and responded with ?there?snothing we can, do you have Apple Pay?? I told her yes but I still want to get my card back, to which she said ?you can justorder a replacement it?s not going anywhere?. I get it but the process of getting a new card, updating the many accounts I havetied to it is an inconvenience which I explain. So I asked when is the owner here and she said ?I?m not sure probably not untilThursday? and at the that point I left and didn?t buy anything. And honestly I never write reviews or complain but it?s the wayshe acted like she didn?t care and showed no concern at all, just worry about a sale. A nonchalant attitude. And like I said Ialways try to support small business and I?m upset about that but if that?s the energy you bring to your customers then there?sno need for me to return it. Read more

The store is located next to Cici\'s pizza and Allure Nails and Spa. It\'s pretty clean and cozy. The staff and the owner are... super friendly.\nThe drinks are so good.
