1st the people who order online to have their food delivered, it is Not the employees responsibility to make sure the door... sash, grub hub, Ect?. Delivery people takes all items in your order. The store puts all online orders in a closed place to wherethe delivery people are to get the items in the order. The delivery people Are Responsible for getting all that?s ordered. 2ndthey Close At 9pm Sunday-Thursday and close at 10pm Friday& Saturdays. They don?t lock the doors until then. If you go thereand most of lights have been dimmed & or turned just try opening the door. Also don?t blame them if you & your family doesn?teat. You can cook, go to the grocery store to buy groceries. 3rd? when it is busy do Not expect Hot-N-Ready will always be full.They keep a certain amount in that warmer. When it?s busy those get sold quickly. REMEMBER the employees are also dealing withonline orders & huge orders that have been called ahead as well. I have never had bad experiences at this store. Call ahead if you are ordering from the app and order drinks. This location did not have 20 oz drinks twice when I ordered. ... The first time they just told the driver there was no drinks on the order. I called the store several times and got a busysignal. I called the customer service number and got a message to leave a message for a call back. I did not get a call back. The next time the driver called me while at the store to let me know and the employee would not credit me and argued with meabout replacing 4 20 oz drinks with 2, 2 liter drinks. Great service. They were great! But this one muscle head jabroni ordered 5 pizzas ahead of me. I even did the nice thing and... held the door for him when we were both entering. And he decided to go ahead of me. What the heck? He just broke an unwrittenrule! AND then he bought like all the fresh za in the shop. Is he no face from spirited away?
