My family and I went to Manhattan Pizza last night and I cannot say enough great things about this place! The restaurant had a... great atmosphere, was clean, and had plenty of seating. All of our food was delicious! I ordered a Greek salad and added grilledchicken, and I don?t think I?ve ever had a better salad! My kids got spaghetti and pizza which was great, and my husband got acorn beef sandwich, and it was AMAZING! We are so pleased and can?t wait to go back! Read more
I tried their pizza and garlic knots the other night and the best part was the sauce. They have some of the best sauce I?ve... had. Not too salty? not too sweet?. Not too plain. My wife and I come out here on 26 Juy 2022 to give this a try. The establishment was clean when we first walked through. It has... a open setting with a spot for picking up your food. The pizza was decent and had a fair amount of ingredients as you can see inthe photos. The pepperoni rolls had a weird texture as far as the dough. I think it is similar to a croissant roll but they aredefinitely frozen and then just baked. Not hand made, I was disappointed by this. The food came out very fast, they have aconveyor belt oven. The cheesy bread was just a sub bun cut open and had a good amount of mozzarella cheese and garlic on it.The sauce for it was hot and descent. So it was hot and they brought it right out but didn't see any enthusiasm in theirattitude. Their drink area and selection is small and the area was a bit dirty from straw wrappers not making it into the trash.The employees seem a bit intimidated and not confident in their work, this comes from a lack of a good manager/leader. They willneed to smile more and actually enjoy the job and not take out their frustrations out on their customers with small chatter andlooks given. This place is a bummer. Nobody I saw seems happy. They left us standing at the "please wait here" sign for 10 minutes until I... walked up and asked one of the 3 employees standing there if we were supposed to wait for them to invite us up. We waited a goodlong while for our pizza. All of this was a bit surprising for a new restaurant. It's good pizza at least. Read more
Quality not quantity is a motto that I usually observe. This place did not have good quality pizza. I ordered two cheese slices... and a large ice cream. I paid 6$ for the pizza and about 4$ for the ice cream. The ice cream was very good, tasty and flavorful.I recommend going for the ice cream alone but the pizza not so much. Read more
The pizza is good, but it?s not an over the top notch pizza. And maybe I expected too much as I was told they do the real brick... oven pizza here(so in my mind I?m expecting the real authentic pizza), turns out they do the good ol? conveyor belt a la PizzaHut, dominos and papa johns type of pizza instead. Again pizza is good but for that price I was expecting more but they fallinto the same category as top mentioned pizzas. Oh and be sure to order extra toppings. I ordered extra pepperoni And I?m glad Idid, had I ordered normal I probably would have ended up with 2 slices of pepperoni on entire pizza. They are stingy with theirtoppings. I?ll stick with Sam?s pizza I will return for their gelatos though, don?t know what they taste but they lookdelecious ???????? UPDATE: Returned for the gelatos And oh my are they GOOD. I have been to Manhattan Pizza in the Stafford location a few times since they opened and love it! The staff is still learning... but very nice and helpful. There can be a wait but they are new so it is expected and totally worth it. I learned the dough ismade fresh on site which to me is a huge plus. I?m hoping they are a big success as Stafford needs a yummy pizza and subrestaurant. Read more
Ordered pepperoni rolls, jalapeno poppers and onion rings for appetizers. Pepperoni rolls looked great until you bit into the... raw center. Every roll unfortunately. Jalapeno poppers and onion rings tasted as they should. Ordered a medium half Manhattansupreme and Brooklyn meat pizza. Also ordered lasagna. The pizza was disappointing as there was minimal cheese. Looked asthough they threw the cheese on first and then the toppings. Toppings were falling off trying to eat a slice. Hubby said thelasagna was ok but then again he will eat anything when hungry. We also got a tiramisu and chocolate cake which were verytasty. Cashier was nice and patient as it was our first time eating here. Food did come out fairly fast.
