Not a day goes by that I go to this McDonald's and they don't screw up parts of my order. In drive thru with hardly any traffic... past 10pm, somehow they still manage to miss something. Read more
Always check your order BEFORE pulling away from the drive-thru window at this location. They get something wrong at least half... the time. Last time I was there to grab some breakfast, the coffee machine wasn't working, they rang up two of my three mealsas individual items (more expensive), and then didn't give me one of the hash browns! To add insult to injury, I got home,opened my sausage biscuit with egg sandwich... to find the egg sitting ON TOP OF THE SANDWICH! Who does that? That's not anaccident because no one thinks that's the correct way to do it. Someone did that on purpose. What else did they do to myfood? Gave them another try and my "deluxe" chicken sandwich was a thrown-together mess. Read more
Horrible experience, waste of $30 something dollars, my whole family was dissappointed, craved mcds as we were traveling home... from vaca, came up this McDs, waited over 20 minutes for old & soggy fries (how if the food was moving?!) I never write reviewsbut I felt I had to. The customer service was depressing, the employees looked depressed & disorganized hence the long wait.Nothing on the dinner we were hungry & craving 4 was good. Felt like $ wasted. Took a nibble and had to throw out it was so bad.I wish they were like the Virginia McDs I ordered from a week ago, fast service, great customer service with FRESH food. Read more
AWFUL! Don't even think about trying the strawberry pie. I've attemped to try it 6 times and 6 times left without one. Once I... was even asked to pull forward and wait and over 20 minutes later they decided that they weren't really making more they didn'thave any?!?! Read more
Very effective restaurant; was in and out within minutes. Clean restroom and spacious dining area. The lobby was an appropriate... size unlike some other ones I've visited, didn't feel cramped at all. Attended quickly by the employees and food was ready assoon as I turned my back to the counter after ordering. Read more
