Came to Outback to tear up some food. Get sat by this amazing waitress Grace, and let me tell you right now.. hands down the... best in the industry. Let me give you the run down. Consistently get great service here, which is rare for a chain restaurant. I feel like Outback has really upped their game in... the past few years. Our server (Daniel) was awesome. Perfect amount of attentiveness without interrupting the dinner. Steakswere cooked and seasoned to perfection, and all of the sides and appetizers were great. Will definitely be going back. Read more
Arrived today between 2:30pm and 3:00pm. The place wasn't busy at all. After waiting 15-20 minutes for a waitress, we noticed... Alex, who was cleaning tables around us and asked for help. We know she saw us looking confused but never inquired about if weneeded help. So finally, my husband asked her about our waitress. She said we were not sitting in her section. After askinganother waitress, she reluctantly came over and took our order. We could tell she wasn't happy and it set the mood for our wholeexperience. We eventually just left after she brought out a blooming onion that look half eaten. I'm a huge fan of Outback andwas looking forward to eating at this location since we are new to the Stafford area. Worst experience ive had at a restaurant in a while . I usually dont even write reviews but it was so bad , Service and food... were horrible . The chili was soooo greasy and they clearly saw it . The chicken was so salty the steak came out undercooked,when i finally got it back it was so tasteless no seasoning at all just burnt on top . When asked how everything was i told theman it was horrible and he had nothing to say or do to make it any better not to mention our plates were just piled up ourappetizer was still on the table when we left.
