Waited for 40 minutes without anyone checking on us, so I went to talk to the manager. He said let me go check. He did not ask... what we had or provide any details. After another 10 minutes of no contact I went back and found our waitress. She said she sawour food being finished, but they were short staff. After another fifteen minutes our food came out cold. Part of my food wasso cold it was chilled like it just came out of refrigerator. I went back to talk to the manager and all he said was he couldcomp the food. I understand being short staff but when my food finally comes out it should be hot not cold. Waitress just keptwalking by us without checking on us or telling us there was issues. The manger could have given us a card to come back anotherday. Not saying we would but he should try to provide a solution. There are much better and cheaper options in Stafford forMexican cuisine. We used to go to this place all the time and it was our favorite Mexican restaurant. However, it?s really gone down hill... recently. Our last two visits have been really rough. We originally chalked it up to a rotation in wait staff, but this lasttime solidified it. Our kids food came out about 25 minutes earlier than ours and when we got our food, it was cold. The onlything hot was the meat for the fajitas. However, the rice and beans that came with it, tortillas, and other entree (a burrito)were cold. We did not get any of our side as requested and our server never stopped by to give us an opportunity to ask forthem. Our waitress also completely ignored us when we asked her to take some of the dirty dishes once our kids finished andbefore our food arrived. We put them on an empty table since she ignored us completely. If it was packed, that would be onething, but it was relatively empty. Service was exceptional! The food was pretty tasty. I ordered the shrimp street tacos with rice and beans. The rice didn?t have... much flavor to it. The entree came with three tacos that were stuffed with three shrimp each. No worries, the shrimps werepretty big! My daughter got the ground beef burrito smothered in cheese sauce.
