I ordered a venti iced matcha green tea latte with light ice. Over half the cup is filled with ice.
It was very busy when I went today but I admired how hard the staff was working. Everyone was still very friendly and helpful... while trying to juggle the stress of all the orders. Another fantastic Starbucks! Like it?s sister on Warrenton Rd, the staff is pleasant and efficient. Because there is no... drive-thru, expect a wait - especially during popular times (7-9 M-F) and basically anytime during the weekend. I recommendordering ahead, when available. Be patient! Read more
This Starbucks is horrible. The drinks for the most part turn out fine. But be prepared to wait 30-40 minutes for an ice coffee.... It?s absolutely ridiculous. I realize this is a busy location, but with 7 people working, there is no reason for the wait time.Employees are singing and chatting instead of doing their job. As someone who has worked in food, ticket times should not beexceeding 10 minutes. Management needs to figure out their efficiency, especially paying $6+ for a coffee. Read more
Had two beverages served to us that smelled like rotten milk. Asked for a re-make. Still smelled like rotten milk. When I... brought them back (again) one of the employees gave me the funkiest attitude, told me to throw them away outside and before Icould do so snatched it out of my hand. I said "no need for the attitude". Claiming she ?didn?t have one?, she comes back in andslams a chair against a table. The two gals re-making the drinks were sweet and understanding. Asked for non dairy milk and got whole milk. Double checked with the barista and they told me whatever milk it says on the cup I... got. Thought I saw them put whole milk in my drink, so that?s why I asked. When I left and drank my beverage it ended up beingwhole milk. Nice Starbucks other wise. Busy. Tired workers. Read more
