Came at 9:30 AM and the dining room was closed despite posted hours stating they open at 7 AM. No explanation. The employees... inside saw us tug on a locked door and just looked as like we were idiots and offered no explanation. The drive thru always hasridiculous long waits, with a giant empty dining area. Long story short - go elsewhere, this place is not worth the ridiculouswait and poor customer service. Read more

One word: gross Stopped here for a late dinner and to use the restroom. Both of which were terrible. The bathrooms look like... they haven't been cleaned since the morning shift. Trash was overflowing in the restaurant. Counters were covered in sticky sodaspills. Food was warm enough to eat but not the best we've had from a typical Wendy's. Read more
Staff was very attentive and customer focused. Restaurant was clean. Food was ready fast, fresh and good. 5 stars for excellent... staff interactions... felt like we were appreciated as customers... something rare today. Read more
Large soda was completely flat. Multiple orders of fries were actually spicy as in hot pepper like. Crazy bad lunch for the... family today. One sandwich was good but others were very salty and or getting cold when we got them. Big let down Wendy's. Read more
This restaurant is consistently slow and their excuse is always that they happen to be short-staffed at the time, especially... after the afternoon food service timeframe starts. Dinner can take over a half hour from order to receipt. So much for being afast food establishment! Read more
The beef in my burger was bone dry and cold. No juices at all. Kind of like biting into soy. Threw it away after a few bites,... thats how bad. Didn?t add any of the toppings I requested either. Poor quality control here and I will not return. Wendys needsto pay their people enough to care. RAISE THEIR PAY. On a late night visit i payed 7.50 for a crispy asiago ranch chicken cluband they gave me the jr version with no bacon or any of the other things I requested and paid for. Read more
The employee taking orders in the drive thru was incredibly rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, it turns out he was the... manager that came to the window. Idk how you get to that position without being able to at least display some semblance ofcustomer service. If you are in Stafford I would highly recommend going across the street to McDonald's instead where even the17 year olds working the register know how to be cordial. I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. Read more
