I go into the store. It?s empty except for an employee sitting down at a table. I go grab a cup and proceed to start making my... fro yo. Employee gets up and starts making some fro yo as well. She beats me to the counter. I think nothing off it. Her fro yocup is on the scale and another employee is tinkering with the register. I attempt to go to the next register. They tell me noyou can use this one. Mind you I never saw her pay. I put mine on the scale and she tells me $10.40. I didn?t have a lot of froyo or toppings. But I did have a long day at work. I didn?t realize that I got hustled until I got home. I can?t believeemployees are charging customers for their personal fro yo. This happened today @447pm 11/18/21. Owner might wanna check thecamera and receipts for employees not paying for their froyo and adding their orders to customers orders. I didn?t have 2 cups.I had 1 small cup. I?ve been going to 16 handles for years. Never have I paid $10 for a 1 small cup. That?s absurd. Perhaps the2nd cup you?re referring too is the employees that I paid for. Obviously you didn?t review the transaction if you?re telling methat 2 cups cost $10 and I?m telling you I only purchased 1 small cup. Read more
