Not really understanding the appeal of driving to an office away from other bars/restaurants to drink beer in a concrete... corporate office building. Beers should be at a discount when your only food options are trucks that may/not pass health codes.Food trucks often are glamorized for no rational reason. These are mostly self proclaimed "chefs/foodies" with a lack of realculinary training. The prices are reflective of an actual decent restaurant. Honestly, I felt I was in an artificial Zone wherethere was an absence of restaurant or bar experience. You might as well pull a cooler out in your driveway to mimic thisestablishment. Read more
This place was so fun! Perfect summer spot and i had the frozen strawberry margarita. Delish! I didn?t know about this spot but... had a blast there with my husband, brother, and sis in law! Not a lot of options for beer but they do have alternatives if you can?t or don?t want to drink beer. We went on Father?s Day... and there were a ton of kids- not sure if that?s normal or not for this place but just a heads up! The food truck, Joe?s, wasgood, we got pizzas. Read more

Stopped by while passing through the Stamford area one day...I'm glad I did. It was a lovely day and the marina was filled with... boats making for some awesome photos. Lots of people going out with their boats on the nice Sunday afternoon. The beer garden istoward the end of the road. There is a lot there, but also lots of curbside parking along Harbor Drive as you approach the beergarden. The place was practically empty (understandable for an early Sunday afternoon). There is a security guard in the frontchecking ID's before you enter. Lots of picnic tables, bar stool tables and chairs. I would imagine this place can get prettypacked in the evenings. I got a large Blue Moon for $12. It was at least a 24 ounce cup...maybe bigger. I imagine beers run fromabout $8-12. The scenery is awesome as most of the garden overlooks the marina. There are large bathroom trailers (a few stallsfor each men's and women''s section) toward the front. All bartenders were nice...I would love to return in the night... Read more
The Beer Garden at Shippan Landing is always a good time. They have some cozy seating areas and a great view. The downside of... this place is there is only like 4-5 bartenders, I think they would serve people quicker if they opened the other side of thebar. Great place overall have been there a few times. It seems it's in a vacant building, but now the building is having workdone to it. Read more
