We placed our order in advance, online. When we arrived and entered the restaurant there was no host in an almost empty... restaurant. About six wait staff were walking around wiping down empty tables. A hand written sign taped to a barrier said towait to be seated. Having no direction as to what to do I walked to the bar and asked where I could go to pick up a take outorder. She directed me to a back corner where two unattended registers sat. When I arrived at the counter there were two bagsof food waiting behind the counter and some soft drinks in cups on the counter. After waiting for a few minutes a staff memberpopped out announcing an order and getting no response added the bag to those waiting behind the counter. At no point did anyonecome to pick up the bags waiting behind the counter. Two additional bags were added while I and three other people waited,having asked twice if an order in our name was ready. All of this after my wife had been unable to select no tip for a take outorder in the app. We were charged $4.80 to be largely ignored by the staff. Utterly absurd. Read more
Ordered 12 wings and a bird dog and had to wait 30 min just to hear my order has to be remade because they made something.... Wrong. After telling me it will be ready in 3 min I ended up waiting another 10 on top of the first 30 min it took to cook justa 12 piece chicken and 1 CHICKEN TENDER!!!! I remember when they first opened. Me and my sister went here for lunch we stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting to be seated just to be told across the... restaurant we can sit wherever. The tables were dirty when asking to have the table wiped down he took his time and we neverreceived a menu we had to go onto the website and look at the menu just sickening to top it off we ordered nachos and the chipsWhere stale( yes that’s a drinking cup with the cheese) this place is a joke I can’t call it a restaurant this establishmentis not professional nor sanitary I will never recommend this place Read more

Nice and clean. The mild wing the best if you like the spicy this is the place to try if you are strong or not. Good promotion... waitress and all the staff friendly. Nice bar if you are tired. Come enjoy a draft beer and wings. Is nice to bring your familyyour wife or friend is the same you enjoy the moment. 4 stars is because the place do not have parking you have to find spotoutside or parking lot. The food was decent but the service could use alot of improvement. There were 4 people standing by the front door when I walked... in. They told me to take a seat anywhere and I did. I waited 10 minutes before asking one of them for a menu and it looked likeI was disturbing them by asking. One of them came over and gave me the menu without saying a word. The wings are either good or horrible. They are either fresh out of the frying pan or they were under a heating lamp all day. So... you'll either have amazing tasty wings or dry horrible tasting wings. Roll the dice and make your bets. Read more
