How you treat your customers matters. The reviews looked good so I wanted to try Cilantro. I placed my order for delivery... through Grubhub and when I called the restaurant to check when my order was marked late, they literally just hung up on me. If arestaurant doesn’t want to treat all their customers equally, they shouldn’t offer their menu through app-ordering and/ordelivery. I’m the customer, not an inconvenience to your business. It's a nice place situated on the upper level of the street with both outdoor and indoor seating. The place has a unique... ambience to it - something to experience. We ordered crab cake and salmon con pinto - the crab cake was ok but the presentationwas good. The salmon con pinto on the other hand was fresh and tasty and the sauce to it was refreshing and standout. Overallwould suggest to give it a try for the ambience and affordable prices. Read more
We stopped here based on the recommendation of previous reviews and their overall rating. Unfortunately the service and staff... did not live up to the 4 star on Yelp and the 4.4 on Google. Is the food flavorful? Yes. Is it worth the hassle to wait forlemons, lime, spoons, a proper portion of plantains, and the forced gratuity? No. If you want to risk it to try the food, gofor it. If you want to be certain that you’ll leave with a great experience and great food, look elsewhere. Read more

Great service! Right away, the server brought us some delicious salsa and plantains! He also brought out some awesome guacamole!... ???? I have been wanting to come to Cilantro for years now and tonight was the night. It did not disappoint! The food was fabulous,... very tasty and portions were a decent size. We had the cazuela and a steak with shrimp and tostones, we all enjoyed it very muchand we definitely added it to places to come back to. The food took a bit long to get to us, we asked why and it was becausethere was only one cook at the moment. We actually felt really bad for them as they were all working extremely hard. At the endof the day we enjoyed a lot and then simply crossed the street to see the Air Supply concert at the Palace Theater. It allworked out perfectly. Read more
