I have gone here periodically and my family goes often. Our last time, I had a small cup that appeared to be partially filled.... The kid was obviously new as the other people pointed where things were. I asked him whether he was sure it was filledadequately. He insisted ?yes? even though I knew otherwise - but, hey, maybe they had a new serving policy (?). But when I wentoutside and saw how filled my family?s cups were, we all concluded how I was robbed. I like the taste and texture - but I alsolike the taste of other ice creams - Carvel, Gophers, BR. At least those others don?t under-fill their servings. For shameColdstone! Read more
Awesome ice cream! Love the addition of non dairy flavor
WORST ICE CREAM I'VE EVER HAD. First of all, none of the ice cream was actually solid. Everything was melting inside of the case... and all of the flavors were mixing together. Facility was disgusting, run down, and I felt quite unsafe. Staff was incrediblyrude. I paid $20 for three small cups just to throw all of them out right away. Absolutely digusting. Read more
It's not that it's bad, it's just that there are better Ice Cream places to go to if you live in Stamford. I've went here once,... the Ice Cream was mediocre, I did not go back. Dairy Queen and Gofer will always have my heart, sorry Cold Stone. Read more
I am very disappointed with the way I felt while at this cold stone. When I walked into the store- there was one young lady... assisting a women with her three young children. I patiently waited. As I was waiting, a second young lady walked in from theback with a box. Placed it on the counter and continue to do whatever it is she was doing. A third young lady walked out and waswalking back and forth . Eventually she assisted me. As the first young lady wrapped up the customer, I was still waiting.Neither of the other ladies acknowledged me. Again, I patiently waited. When the first young lady finished with the customer -she proceeded to do something else. To include do another ice cream - and finish- which I later found out it was for herself.How do I know this? Once my ice cream was finally started and then completed, the first young lady was struggling with theregister to ring herself out. I looked at the register and can see the employee discount applied to the transaction. There is novalid reason, or anything that can justify leaving me wait - WITHOUT at the very least acknowledging me. I cannot help butmention the only difference between the first customer and myself is our skin color. Further more, I will note it is also thesame difference between myself and the workers at your location. Very disappointing to say the least. I am bringing this up toyour attention, because I would hate for another customer to feel the way I felt today. A simple acknowledgement is all that isneeded. I am still a person. Ice cream is always delicious! Ice cream shop & tables outside are dirty. The services provided by the young, tall, man with... brown hair and glasses was absolutely awful. We weren?t greeted, there was no eye contact, and instead got awfully reprimandedfor our masks not fully covering our nose. My friend and I were the only folks of color.
