Bro I order 50 min ago and they say I haven?t order
Ordered carside pickup, got home order was completely wrong. Called in to let them know and was advised that I would have to go... back and pick up the correct order. Went back to the store and reordered for takeout, open up the box and one of this pizzas wasstill not right!!The server Shariv (if thats how his name is spelled) was very rude and has 0 Customer Service skills. Very poor customer service. The guy who answered the call at 3:30 pm on December 15th 2021 was very ill mannered. He should be... fired right away. He was literally screaming over the phone. This guy should learn how to talk to a regular loyal customer. Read more
I just picked up my pizza and wanted to leave a good review. I placed it online and it was ready upon pick up. The pizza was... good. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars rather than 5 is because the gentleman continued to make his pizza while Iwaited for a few min for him to finish. I would recommend that he would help a customer in store to simply pick up their pizzawhich would take a few seconds to hand over the pizza. Read more
Phone has been busy for hours. it DEFINITELY is off the hook. The tracker showed delivery at 4. but at 445 it still wasn't here.... Pizza arrived at 505 order was placed at 325. The ONLY reason i gave 2 stars instead of one is the driver MOLLA who called me tosay sorry for the delay Read more
They tell you your order is ready long before it actually is. Happens every time I go there. They do this to strengthen their... service rating as a franchisee to the corporate office. This is particularly unethical during a pandemic when people are waitingin their cars until it's ready only to go in to get there Pizza and wait with everyone else who thought their order was ready.Pizza is fine. It does not take a half an hour to get from the Domino's store to my home, especially not late at night. I only live 2 miles... away from the location I ordered from. I am incredibly dissatisfied with my Domino's experience today. The Pizza tracker saidthat Kazi left the store at 12:50 and I had to call the store at 1:25 am just to confirm that my order was in the process ofbeing delivered. Not only this, but the "quality check" for my order also lasted about 15 minutes, and this was before it waseven out for delivery. I don't understand how food can be checked for 15 minutes and still arrive in the condition my foodarrived in. It was barely edible. I have never had such awful food from Domino's before. And on top of everything my order wasincorrect!! I am a loyal customer. My friends and I order food from Domino's all the time and this is the first time I've hadproblems like these. I don't know if it's particular employees or the particular store location but I do not feel like a valuedcustomer and I am very angry right now. Read more
Charged my card, no order. Reps at the call center are an absolute joke. Alot of work just to order pizza that tastes like... cardboard. I would never recommend this franchise location. It is god awful and has been for over a decade. Read more
