Only 1 person working in the front with a long line of customers on a Sunday morning. It took more than 30 minutes to get a... coffee and a bagel. Please whoever is in charge, do your part and schedule an extra person during busy hours. The team was doingtheir best but it was hard for them to keep up. Read more
Yummy food, experience customer service staff and very friendly atmosphere.
I put my phone up to the person working here and they said that I could not pay with my phone. I then paid for my drinks and... then tried to scan with my phone only to be given a smirk that I couldn?t, that I couldn?t connect with the rewards when asimple refund could have been issued and I could have gotten the reward points.
