If you are craving a hot bowl of authentic ramen, this is it! Our search for the one place that can satisfy our ramen craving... is over - Kyushu ramen is where it's at! We've tried three different ramen places nearby, and Kyushu's tonkotsu miso ramen hasthe most depth in terms of broth flavor among its competitors. Not too mention their generous portions of chasu! (Get theadditional chasu order for 5 bucks and you'll have a bowl that you can share for two). Not to mention they do Saturday andSunday brunch menu for 17.95 per person which includes an appetizer (our fave is the karaage and pork dumplings) and an entree.Have a brunch date, share a bowl and a roll together. I work just around the corner and come here regularly for lunch. One of the best lunch specials in Stamford. You get a soft... drink an appetizer and a main for under $20. The bao are generously portioned and delicious. I recommend getting the poke bowlor the rolls. I was underwhelmed by the ramen and don. We sat outside and ordered a variety of food. Food was good except for one of the sushi rolls - which felt not as fresh as the... other rolls. Highest rated place in Stamford? ???????????. The fish was fresh, but the rice was a little too firm and slightly warm which... ruined it all for me. The spicy kani salad was good though, too much crunch topping for my taste but that?s what?s expectedthese days- people love it. Read more

Takoyaki was delicious and drinks were ok. The broths for the chicken ramen and tonkotsu shio ramen were lacking depth of... flavor. The chilli oil tastes like a blend of sriracha and oil. The service was nice until we were rushed our bill 2 mins intoour bowls of ramen. The sushi was acceptable even though the rice was mushy. Read more
