This location can be busy but the staff is friendly. I appreciated that the manager acknowledged I waited too long for a simple... iced coffee and gave me a giftcard. Quick service and very friendly staff! We always stop by for coffee after pediatrics visit nearby. The store is at a convenient... location for parking. The staff was very friendly and respected customers. I have seen them patiently helping a customer tryingto pay with a handful of coins. The same guy also helped me with my gift card situation. You guys have been great to me. Sometimes, I dont mind you messing up my orders. I understand it's busy. But today, you guys... clearly ignored my instructions on my mobile order. I know how my frap is supposed to test like but that ain't it and the worstpart is that I paid extra for the espresso shot and you didn't put it in.
