Staff is very nice (let me get this out of the way first) and polite. But... place is very dirty begging at the condiments... section all the way to bathrooms. My papers and laptop were sticking to the table . In 1 hr no one made a walk through the storeto wife of the tables or pick up trash from the floor. Coffee was good and served quickly but sandwich got lost in orders.Needed two prompts to have another one made. So wait time is long even with no line. I wasnt happy that there was no line yet I had to wait some time for one of the baristas to acknowledge my presence. When one... guy finally did start to take my order he was wearing a customer's sunglasses??? that she had left on the counter. Notprofessional. And then the sticker they put on my Sbux cup that I always bring left a huge gunky mess on my cup that I now haveto clean off when I get home. What is up with this Sbux?? Theres plenty others in the area, I recommend going to any of thosebefore coming to this one... Edit: also, as I'm sitting here I'm noticing this place is incredibly dirty. An employee was justwalking around with a broom and dustpan but I'm not sure what he was cleaning because theres still stuff all over the floor. Read more
If you need an Starbucks coffee right now then ok....otherwise drive a bit and find a better place the interior is ok but not... the typical friendly work from home atmosphere. There is an outdoor section but why would you with 95 and the view of long drivethrough lines and traffics. Read more
Tables had straws, crumpled up napkins, spills etc, but food tasted fine and it was relatively quick. Its located in the middle... of the PetSmart parking lot so you will definitely find close parking. Read more
