Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and ordered from. They?re always out of baja blast and instead of having the delivery... driver contact me for a different option they just give me a random drink. Every time I order cinnamon twists they either giveme 1 instead of 2 or none at all. Today I didn?t get any. I also ordered a Mexican pizza with onions and chipotle sauce anddidn?t receive either on the pizza. The pizza was also stuck to the lid of the box. Terrible presentation, terrible customerservice. I order breakfast crunchwraps from here all the time? and idk what?s been going on but the last two times I ordered my... Crunchwrap?s via DoorDash they have been TERRIBLE. I don?t even write reviews? but that?s how disgusting they were. The lasttime I ordered they left the hash brown out of the wrap? no big deal. Taco Bell corporate is at fault here for not looking into the franchise owner and their management of the location; this place... has been a mess for over a decade. Just send an employee to order $30 worth of different stuff around 11 PM through the drivethrough. Read more
Made they order when I was driving 15 minutes away. Got to the store and I am still waiting for 20 minutes so far. Very... unprofessional. Still sitting here a half hour plus the 15 minutes driving here people are sitting around 2 managers are here.Drive thru is getting their orders. There are only 3 people waiting in the lobby with me. They will never get your order right. I couldn't think of a more inept store than this location tacobell. For a few months I've... ignored the restaurant living close to the location. So when they added the automated cashier they couldn't mess it up beingthat I select the modification and it prints. Nope they can't get an order right with one modification to the order. I come backbc it's late and everything else is closed. I select a regular order with no modification, nope they messed that v order up too.How? They intentionally do this or the entire staff have a combined iq of 8 but that's not fair it's definitely management. I always try to give the Stamford location a chance but time and time again I?m disappointed. I got a grilled cheese burrito... today the tortilla was stale and it was all rice barely any chicken. My chalupa was disgusting couldn?t even finish it. Can?twait for the Greenwich one to open back up again, their food is actually good . What a waste of money .. Read more
