Owner needs to focus on training staff to be polite, many similar complaints. Food is usually decent but know-it-all person at... restaurant had attitude when I called asking about severely late delivery. This use to be my go to place, but no customer service. I opened my door to a delivery guy with a face that said he wasn’t in... the mood or he’s had enough. I said hi and he said nothing. I initially left a bad review but the way management handled it was nothing short of professional and amazing! I was reached out... to, apologized to and delivered a new wedge unexpectedly the next day. This is great customer service and this is how you redeemyourself. Great ethics! Staff is rude over the phone i've been waiting for more than an hour and a half and my delivery is still not here. I asked for... an estimated time of arrival and I was quickly told they will be there any minute now with out verifying or calling the deliverydriver to confirm. bad customer service. I really don’t even care how the food is going to taste at this point. The pizza wascold and on top of that they forgot my ranch, cheese and peppers . I went in there for my first time. The woman told me to order from the menu on the wall. I ordered a chicken cutlet wedge that... the menu said was $9.95. They charged me $12.95. When I questioned the owner, she gave me a lecture on politics, the economy,and how Covid has affected their pricing. I said, well, it’s deceiving to put prices on the wall, refer somebody to thoseprices, and then charge them so much more. She said it was too expensive to put a new menu on the wall. You never get a secondchance to make a first impression. A chicken cutlet sandwich for $13 is probably the highest in town. Read more
