Simply amazing that at the gateway to the heart of Vermont I have found a Polish eatery which surpasses NYC restaurants! I had... the Polish Plate and it was a combination of home made Golumbki, Pirogi and a gently smoked Kiebasi that I can't even describe.Thank you guys for opening!
