Fast friendly service. Food good not great
We've always had great experiences with the Domino's in Stanardsville! Drivers are great and the food is consistently good!
Horrendous. Avoided this location after low quality pizza and long delivery 6 months ago but decided to try again. Even worse... experience. My order arrived 2 hours after being placed (I live 3 miles away). I had to call the store three times. The personanswering offered no apologies and his method for saying goodbye was to simply hang up when he felt the conversation was done.When at 1 hr 45 min I finally asked for a refund and a cancelation, I was put on hold ostensibly so the person answering couldcall the driver. 5 min on hold and I hung up and called back. I was met with annoyance and as if I should have known that myorder was just then delivered (at the 2 hr mark), despite the driver not knocking or ringing the doorbell. Pizzas were cold anddrinks were warm. No apologies and they apparently ignore any attempt to cancel an order for a refund. Garbage employees thateven if they are facing a shortage in labor--can do better. Read more
Do not bother with this location unless you enjoy being charged nearly 30 dollars for a cold, burnt pizza. Especially don't... order delievery since it takes them close to two hours to drive 15 minutes away. If you want pizza, dive into Ruckersville andget papa johns or little caesers. Read more
Terrible! And Customer care is clearly unimportant. Sad, we've use them for years but never again. Order same order every... other week for more than 10 years. Sent a pizza with the wrong stuff on it. Could not talk to them on the phone. Drove 7 milesand they were totally unhelpful. "That's what you ordered!". They clearly did not hear the "only" in the conversation. I don'tknow who's fault it is but with a loyal customer who's drive down to talk to you about it I expected a little more. Also, the2nd pizza was so greasy, the underlying crust vanished. Only able to eat with a fork. (While if you brought that one back...)The hungry person at home used a fork, then gave up and I drove to a fast food restaurant. Then Customer Care number isinvalid. The automated bot is joke. Worthless and I am not giving them my email address. I did not contact them by email, theyDO NOT NEED IT! NEVER AGAIN! If you have stock in Domino's, get out fast. I'm reduced to complaining about it on Google Maps. Sad, very sad! Read more
This location is usually great when you catch them open. We used to order quite a but from them but have been forced to drive to... the next nearest location due to strange hours or not answering the phone. Read more
The pan pizza is always a hit and super cheesy! Everything we get is delicious. The delivery drivers have always been nice and... prompt from this location. And best of all cheaper than other pizza places around. Read more
