We are frequent aroma visitors but the service can be questionable. The windows are typically staffed by teenagers. I've waited... while the server has had a lengthy conversation with her friend in the car ahead of me. Most recently I ordered two drinks andwas never given straws (I thought they were in the food bag but they weren't!) The food is so much better than Dunkin. Thecoffee is good too. They have a great variety of drinks. Be prepared for long waits and lines, the service is not thatefficient. Read more
I love Aroma Joes! But... at this location... they're kinda mean..... This one girl walked away from us because we didn't know... how to use the app. And then she glared at us for the remainder of the experience. It kinda hurt my feelings not going to lie.And the drink was bad. Read more
