Staff are so friendly. This morning drive thru seemed to have issues. I ordered them paid she handed me my receipt when I pulled... up to get my food I knew something wasn?t right when he handed me the wrong drink. Then the wrong bag . I told him what I had heyelled back 3 times and they didn?t seem to have it or know anything about my McMuffin so I handed him the receipt and he saidpull up please. Few minutes later a lady brings my food says have a great day and walks away as fast as she handed me the bag .And it was missing my hash brown so I still had to go in. I gave 4 stars cause they are always so nice and stuff happens. Read more
Most of the time they mess up your order. They're polite for the most part and fix it. But it's all adults that don't care how... food goes out. I really like a few of the employees but a lot of them don't care. Read more

They can hardly ever get our orders right and it?s tiring having to keep calling and making complaints when the first time... should be enough. Can?t even get ahold of someone late at night to make a complaint. Read more
I just wanted to say I was over there the other day getting breakfast I went to the restroom to wash my hands before I ate. Once... I got into the restroom someone had threw up in the men's journal also someone threw up on the commode there was toilet papertoilet paper rolls it was one of the nastiest bathrooms that I've ever seen in my life. I can say this if I was starving Iwouldn't go there if it was given the food away free they need to shut this place down before someone gets sick and dies fromit. The inside trash cans were running over you could not stuff another piece of trash in them. And at the front counter afriend of mine ordered a cup of coffee and he was standing there for 15 minutes and still hadn't received his coffee. Last week I came purchased a mobile order I sat out there for 45 minutes watched at least 13 to 15 cars go through before... finally I go to the drive-thru and ask where my stuff is and they said oh our mobile thing is down they can see me park thereand refuse to come out and tell me this so then I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my order to come out which was noteven my order again today I go and I order a mocha frap with two shots of expresso they don't give me the expresso but continueto charge me and then now they bring me out a warm frap with the espresso in it no napkins no stroll and this is what it lookslike the store manager here is usually on top of everything and always fixes things the night manager and these kids that areworking do not care my frap tastes like chemicals I guess they don't care if somebody gets sick! The kids at home love the French fries. So when we order we usually get 6 large and every time they never fill them up like a... large French fry. I call and the lady just said well do you want to bring them back. No nobody wants to drive 10 miles just tobring them back and you do it again. Quit being lazy and give out a good order! Read more
I suppose some of the people working here are under the influence of powerful mind altering chemicals. That is the only... explanation for what is going on with this place. My wife and I ordered 6 egg and cheese biscuits sandwiches at breakfast around8 am. We got six biscuits with just cheese them with no eggs and they looked nasty - like prison food. I took them back to thecounter and asked...."who would serve food like this?....the egg part is missing". They vapid lady behind the counter lookedannoyed that I was complaining. She grabbed my tray and said in a nasty tone to the "cooks" to put some eggs on the biscuits. Isaid NO I want them remade fresh the right way. If looks could kill...the glares I got from the staff.
