Dunkin? Donuts has to re-educate their staff globally on how not to leave in the paper they use to grab a donut or muffin and... put it in the customers bag. Their germs and dirty money taking fingers are being left to touch and pull out. Which isdisgusting for me.Just use the paper to handle the food and drop food in bag ?.& remove paper before the bag is given tocustomer. Very simple. Repeat steps for each new order, this will ensure happy returning customer experience and preventunsanitary conditions for the customer. Read more
Very poor customer service! Out of the 2 or 3 people working nobody acknowledged that I was at the counter until a few minutes... after I kept trying to make my presence known. IT WAS NOT BUSY. One car at the drive thru. I ordered a coffee, an untoasted,buttered bagel & 10 munchkins, to go. They couldn't even cut my dried out,chewy bagel, let alone butter it.
