I'm so disappointed in them. I used to go in there for a simple sandwich daily. They decided to eliminate the garlic spread from... the menu. (from the fire roasted blt). I had it on every sandwich I ordered. C'mon people its just a dressing. When I cancelledmy order the guys with me cancelled theirs too(even though I told them they didn't have to). For me no more quick check deli.Plus 6.00 for a 6"? I can go to Jersey Mike's and get a 10" for a dollar more. I usually got my gas while I was getting lunchtoo, guess I'll just take my business elsewhere. I know they don't care, but I do. Read more
Very Disappointed with the lack of service at the fuel pumps and the overnight deli worker sorry to bother her to make me a... sandwich !!!! They?re doing OK for a new franchise! Love my quick chek, wherever I happen to be in NJ. I know it?s a sore spot in this section... of Sussex county with all the new franchises going up, but I can?t knock on this chain. Started off great but went DOWN hill fast. App often shows "store is closed". Turns out they disable it if they run out of any... item. When you do get a mobile order in, you can stand at the counter and see it sit there.. out of reach while the counterpeople chat , do food prep and a host of other things.. while doing a spectacular job of never looking up at you. Wawa will bejust up the block soon. This never would happen when the Durlings owned Quikcheck. Read more
I ordered a pepper, onion and sausage sandwich and I can not even eat it. The bread is burnt and the onions taste bad. I wish I could give this place negative stars! The manager that was working last night was rude and lacks customer service in... every way! As I was walking to the register (she clearly seen me) she walked from behind the register, down a different islethat I was walking and went over to the deli to start conversating with the other employee! I had to wait there patiently untilshe was done with her conversation, which I doubt was work related since they were laughing, for her to finally decide sheshould come over and actually do her job! Never again will I step foot in this filth of a convenience store to spend my moneyand not even get the bare minimum of good customer service! Read more
I try to give the neighborhood stores my business. Went for gas today and there were two older men at the pumps talking. One was... pumping gas and the other kept looking over at my vehicle and kept talking. Finally he came over, (handlebar mustache) not aword, no greeting, nothing?then when the tank was full he pulled the nozzle and spilled gas all over my truck and on the ground.No reaction from him, put the nozzle in the holder and walked away?no thank you, no sorry for all the gas I just spilled on yourtruck, nothing?I never had an issue with anyone else there.
