My wife and I came to the Stanley, NC location at 7:15 tonight. The young gentleman was nice however, they had practically no... chicken, with the exception of a few wings and Supremes. We were dining in and said I would wait for a breast. He said sorry itwasn't even breaded yet.. There were only 3 other people in the dining room and the drive through wasn't that busy. How do youNOT have chicken at Bojangles. Now I was just informed they are out of wings.. needless to say, we are still here. This is aterrible experience. I previously had a 1 star for this place because service was so bad consistently. I once waited in the drive thru 45 minutes. ... For past 4-6 months service has been awesome at less than 5 minutes. What a turn around. Thank you guys Read more
I got a Cajun chicken sandwich in Stanley and sorry to say , but I won't be doing that again any time soon . The chicken was... very dry and small and seemed to have a funny taste. I have gotten these there before and have all ways been great , but notthis time . They don't seem to have good reviews here Lately and I can see why the food is not worth the money . I like Bojangles but this day, the store was only taking orders inside. I parked my car and went in. I placed my order and was... told I had to wait on supreme tenders and steak biscuits. I had to wait about 10 mins so I had my daughter wait while I went tothe car. She came out with the bag and I checked the food. Everything was cold except the tenders and steak biscuits. We alsohad fries, mac n cheese, and some dark chicken. I couldn't go back in because we were already pushing time. I was just upsetthat they mixed old and new food and it was so obvious. Went there for a sausage gravy biscuit and old cold bo rounds was very disappointed! They gave me cold gravy and a whole sausage... I only gave 2 stars due to the great customer service at the window but the kitchen needs work. Read more
I ordered 2 3-piece chicken supreme meals with fries and a biscuit. I got 2-2piece chicken supremes with the fries and a... biscuit. The chicken supremes were about 2 inches lons and 1 inch wide.
