The young man with the glasses working the morning shift has terrible customer service skills. I wasn't greeted, I wasn't... thanked, and he never made eye contact with me. I was trying to place my order, but he was too focused on reading his textmessages on his personal phone to pay attention to what I was saying. Monday at 630 pm went to your drive thru and no one would take our order. If your workers don't want to work then why pay them... to be their doing nothing .. if their gonna close it down to sit outside and smoke then just close it down until you get realworkers In their ! Went to the drive thru at 7pm. and sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one said anything. Drive to the window and 3... employees were all just standing around talking while another one sat in her car smoking. One person looked at me and turnedback around like I was not at the window.
