The customer was so helpful and when my order was complete they brought it out to my car. I was very impressed w this now I... regret not leaving a tip. Maybe they should leave a tip jar out. The next time I stop there I will definitely leave a nice tip. Read more
Ordered pizza on the app and picked up at the store. Order was accurate with my customizations and delicious. The guy that... helped me have a warm greeting and made sure I was taken care of. Love the gluten friendly option they have here because thecrust is better than most. Read more
No longer delivering to my address, pulled bank statements I've ordered 14 times in the past 12 months, approx. $600 in pizza. ... Always delivered every single time. If I have to drive into Stanley to pick up pizza I'll order Pizza Hut or Dominos, bothplaces have way better pizza. Adios Papa Johns Read more
The store itself did a good job on the pizza.. but I DO NOT recommend calling in an order. The "call center" that takes orders... for Papa John's now is horrible! What should have been a 5 minute call was 15 minutes because they kept trying to upsell me withevery item I ordered. I also had to repeat my card number 3 times for them to tell me there was an issue and to pay at thestore. Only rated 2 stars because the pizza itself was good, the ordering process would be 0 stars. The past 3 times I?ve ordered delivery, it?s been over an hour and a half delivery time. The first time I never said anything.... The second time, I called (after almost two hours of not having my pizza) and explained that I was upset because this wasrepetitive. The manager apologized and offered me a free pizza (which I never got) and he did offer me a refund but I didn?twant to stiff the driver out of the tip so I said that?s okay. Then this last time, I got a delivery estimate time of 54-64minutes....I checked on the tracker an hour later and it still said the same time that it said an hour prior. I called and toldthem I would come pick it up considering I could have had it sooner that way anyway if they would have just let me know. Butwhat?s the point of getting delivery if you just have to pick it up anyway? They never offered me a refund. I think one of thedrivers offered me a drink or something when I got there but I declined. I?d rather have good customer service consideringthey?re on the pricey side and I ALWAYS tip well. I won?t be ordering there again. Sucks because it?s the only place that willdeliver to my house in the area. But I?m tired of being a loyal customer to a company who doesn?t even care. Read more
