Good luck ordering from them through the app. Literally I have gotten the wrong sandwich from them 4 times. A waste of time and... money. Stanley needs more food options. Wasted a whole 30 min lunch getting a sandwich I couldn't even eat, and wasted half myhourly pay, paying for a sub. I make 15 an hour, wasted about 7 dollars. Read more
Awful!! My mom came home tonight upset because of the way she and other seniors we treated at subway in Stanley tonight. She... could not believe how they were talked to and how the food was tossed around and then basically thrown at them!! Uncalled forand disrespectful! A call to manager and higher-ups tomorrow. Yes....this location has gone DOWN tremendously. From the rude stuff to the very thin line of toppings...that is not even a... handful and they still throw half of it back! It is so worth the drive to Dallas, they are very friendly as well as generouswith the ingredients. Not to mention the face mask below the nose. Read more
Every time I place an online order even wait 10 extra mins to pick it up they haven't even started to make my order when I get... there and still end up waiting another 30 to 45mins. Went to this Subway for Lunch yesterday and was greeted with sour faces. The food is ALWAYS old in this location and the... employees are always unfriendly (thought Stanley was "a friendly place") that is not the worst of it though. I told her thetoppings I wanted and I got a thin line of lettuce and the largest handful of pickles I've ever seen. When I asked for "S&P andSpices" the girl dropped the spices on the floor, proceeded to pick it up and went to put it on my sandwich!!!! From the floor!Right in front of me! The manager on duty apparently didn't see anything wrong with this because when I said I didn't want thespices anymore (since the shaker hit the floor) the girl just put the shaker back in its spot to be used with the next customer.How many items have hit the floor and been used multiple times after? Subway has gone downhill. I wouldn?t even bother with this ripoff of a fast food chain. I get a five inch sandwich every time I... order a six inch. Workers will try to charge you for extra for stuff you didn?t order. It?s like they teach them how to ripcustomers off. Quality of food is poor. You are better off going to Food Lion and making it yourself. This isn?t from one badexperience. It?s happened multiple times. Would give a 0 star if I could. Ordered through the app and had my husband pickup since I am home with newborn. He picked up and... dropped off to me and went to a gathering. I found out a half an hour later when I opened up sub that completely wrong sandwich?not even close. Had my receipt on the bag but put on wrong sandwich. Looks like a constant issue from this location.. wish Iwould have checked out previous comments. Had to figure out another dinner option being home alone with newborn with not verymany options.
