The food is good, but they have gotten a whole new crew that's slow and during rush times expect a long wait. They hardly ever... utilize both windows. They need some efficiency training. They have a negative national news article on them. The managementlet go a good employee who I have seen and interacted with since I was very young. Not sure of the reasoning behind this andhas left an over all negative feeling towards them. The town wants to hit the headlines for good events not beingbackwards... Busy times are the start of breakfast, start of lunch, start of dinner, and for some reason around midnight. Read more

Shame on you for firing long term dedicated employee, Dennis, after 20 years of service, just because he has Down Syndrome ~... this Wendy's should be closed ~ period ~ (It is interesting how this particular Wendy's in Stanley, North Carolina continues to"report" reviews with truthful information included. Fired a special needs employee for apparently not being able to work like a "normal" person. The discrimination is absolutely... appalling. Never support this restaurant. Absolutely disgusting the way they treat employees. Read more

Get rid of the management. Discrimination, whether it's be towards delivery drivers or employees, is not the Wendy's way.

Overall the food was decent. However, the order was slightly wrong with the sandwiches and fries came out quite cold. The... service was extremely slow and the attendant was not very friendly. The restaurant was clean and decorated for Halloween with agood music selection for the dining eperience. Read more

The night shift manager(I don't know if it's her or him) discriminates between the drivers we are working with.I think this is... what they do all the time with her and then she returns the same to people.She does not represent what Wendy is at all but sheworks in that branch.Wendy Stanley nc. The dining room is still closed, and even if you place an order ahead of time online you have to wait in the drive-through line... to get your order. This is pathetic! And I don't care about the "pandemic" there is no reason for how slow they are here, aswell as other fast food places. Read more
