We stopped through the drive-thru and ordered three, 3 piece fish baskets. We asked for extra tartar with the order. As we drove... off no tartar sauce and no coleslaw for our three, 3 peace fish meals This isn't the first time this has happened. What horriblecustomer service. You pay for the food and you don't get everything with it. This happened at lunch time Sunday June 17th. Itried calling twice and nobody answered and it says a voicemail has not been set up. Either a&w at Stanley has a problem withhiring competent people or they're not being trained properly or they just dont care. Read more
I think "it's okay" sums up this fast food restaurant. I'd argue that the menu selection is far superior to any McDonald's, but... the quality will usually be no better. Ample seating inside, but I had to ask myself if anyone used the kids table at therestaurant as it was between the exit to the gas station and the kitchen entrance. Read more

We have visited this location many times, but I gave to say the service tonight was by far the best!! Hesitated stopping after... we saw a school bus full of athletes filling the place. We figured we would wait forever. But we walked in to see how bad itwould be. There was a young blonde lady with hair in a bun, that kept the orders flowing and still managed to greet us, takeour order and get our food to us as well as all the high-school boys in record. Impressed, to say the least. That wascustomerserviceat its best. She kept everything in line and the crew seemed to work flawlessly together. Our order was wrong and when saying something the cashier had nothing but addidude towards basically calling us a liar.
