This place is kind of a disaster. We come to Stanley often for other reasons and like to get an iced coffee with shot of... espresso in it when we come. This place is at about 50%, in our experience, for satisfaction. Today we drove about 20 min justto come and get a vanilla iced coffee with espresso and the espresso machine is not working. I think he said it was beingcleaned. Who cleans the espresso machine at supper time? Clean it at 11:45pm not 5:20pm. We probably won?t even stop hereanymore. 50% disappointment isn?t worth it. Traveling For work this morning (November 18th, 2021 @ 8:38am). Stopped in to your McDonald?s (Stanley Wisconsin) to grab a... quick breakfast. The ordering experience was fairly normal. The person taking my order was upbeat, respectful and seemed as ifcustomer service was on their radar. Ordered oatmeal with a sausage McGriddle and coffee. I?m not quite sure what happened inthe 12 secs it took me to get from the ordering screen to the second window to pay but WOW!!! I can?t believe the treatment Igot at the window. Absolutely rude staff and customer service. Young lady at the window rudely takes my card, angerly hands memy coffee and just about slings my food at me. The entire time not saying anything. No ?hello?, ?here you go? or ?bye, have agreat day?. Literally no words?just a whole lot of perceived anger, aggression and rudeness. Again, I?m not exactly sure whathappened in the few seconds it took me to get to the window, or what it was about me that instantly changed the tone of ourinteraction but?wow! Despite the horrible experience and mind boggling change in attitude, I still smiled, maintainedprofessionalism and conducted myself with class. Only wish I had gotten the same treatment and respect!
