The A&W Website and Google both say this location is open until 8pm on Sundays. We pulled in to the drive thru at 6:30, waited... to be helped for about 10 minutes with no response, pulled up to the window and was looked at and ignored by an employee. So wepulled around to the front and tried to go inside and the door was locked. No where on the outside of the building does it showstore hours, so we assumed the A&W website is accurate as it should be. The drive thru line was 5 cars deep, everyone waitingtheir turn to be ignored until they gave up. Just ridiculous. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a double cheeseburger. Got home with a bun, lettuce,... tomato and bacon. Also ordered a kids meal and didn't get a kids meal. There seemed to be only one guy working but a bunch ofhis friends running back and forth from the dining area into the kitchen. He was obviously distracted. And I paid $29 for 2burgers and 2 fries, a missing cheeseburger and missing kids meal. Read more

First time I went there, they messed up my order and never asked what drink I want. The next time I went, over 30 minute wait.... But this last time was the worst. Asked the cashier to split the payment ($4 in cash and the rest on my card that only had $19on it). The cashier told me no the card is declining because there?s not enough money on it. I explain again that I don?t wantthe full balance on the card and want $4 of it to be paid with cash. She tells me you can?t pay for a $21 order with $4 in cash.I explain one last time I don?t want to pay for it with $4, I want to split the order between cash and card. She says nope and Ijust drove off very furious with the way I was treated. Would not recommend. Read more

We ordered food for our family of 5, when we pulled up to the window our daughter saw a picture of a root beer float and wanted... one. Before we paid we asked if we could add 2 small root beer floats to our order. We were told no, that they have a new rulethat they can?t add anything to the order if a car is behind you. I could kinda understand if I was asking you to put somethingin the fryer or on the grill but I literally was asking for an ice cream and soda in a cup. Even then, if I were addingsomething else, add it to the ticket and park me out front and make me wait. I was baffled. Maybe you shouldn?t put an upsellsheet in the window if you don?t want someone to add it at the window. In the time the girl took our payment and waited for thecooks to finish our food she could have easily gotten a root beer float made. My kids were understandably upset, and had theynot been so hungry I would?ve cancelled my whole order and gone elsewhere. I tried calling the next 2 days several times to tella manager of my experience but could never get anyone to answer the phone. Don?t waste your time here, food was mediocre at bestespecially for spending $50, and the team members were very rude. Read more

Me and and family just moved back here from Montana and I've never had a&w before and wow I loved our experience. My son got a... cute basket with toys in it (with his meal). Everything was fresh and the order was correct. Everyone was pretty nice and thestore was clean. Only downfall is there was hardly any options for drinks as alot of them were out. Read more

The food was fine but the environment was filthy. From the moment you walked in the lobby was a mess, tables were dirty, there... was litter on the floor out in the dining area as well as behind in the preparation area. There were straw wrappers, napkins, and food wrappers kicked out of the aisles under all of the appliances in the prep area. Pretty much everyone there, whichappeared to be about six or seven, were all teenagers. There did not seem to be anyone really in charge of cleanliness, operations, or location appearance. During our time there a manager person did show up and appeared to be engaged with some kindof equipment that she needed to work on that she placed on the front counter where you would place an order. A man stood andwaited several minutes until she was done and then was able to place his order. There were two stations that you could orderfrom, but only one was one was being used. The outside of the restaurant was dirty as well. The front door and windows weredirty. There were grease stains all over the sidewalk by the front door and it appears someone poured grease into the flower bedout in front. While this restaurant is not very old, it is really taking a beating! That seems like a waste of a greatinvestment. I hope somebody really pays attention to this and brings it to the standard that this brand deserves. Read more

By far the worst establishment I have ever been in. There is stuff all over the menu desk. One dude was eating the fries.... There's no root beer. The menu didn't even work or wasn't on. Poorly staffed. The list is larger I high recommend going toCarl's Jr. And getting a large meal there. Read more
