Totally mixed bag depending on who is working on any given day. The food has been fine in my experience, but most annoying is... that you'll place a delivery order online, everything goes through, then they call a few minutes later to say there's no driveravailable. You have to hope they know what they're doing to properly cancel the delivery charge and go pick it up yourself, orcancel completely. Read more
Dominos in Stansbury is the worst place in Tooele County for pizza. Orders are always made wrong, 2 hr delivery times, employees... hang up on you and lie about everything. It takes a lot for me to complain but this is per laziness Read more
Website dsays they offer the mix and match deal, but then it doesn't let you order it. So when you call, rather then honor it.... They tell you that they can't, which is messed up. Guess it's papa John's from now on. Read more
Do not trust anything you are told by this store. We made an order that arrived and was not what we had ordered. They told us... that they were very busy and that they could remake the order, but it would be over an hour, or they could credit our accountfor the full cost of the meal. Of course we opted for the credit. They said, ?Next time you call in, just let us know you havea credit and we?ll pull it up on your account.? When I called the next week and placed the exact same order, they told me thatthey had no record of the credit. I had to battle with them to get them to even cover the pizza on the new order. I don't like giving awful reviews but this definitely deserves one. My husband came in once and they told him sorry 30more mins... because they were busy. So he said no worries he?d come back in 30. He then waits the 30mins, and returns. When he gets therethey say sorry another 30mins!!! This is unacceptable, we have a 2 yr old screaming now for pizza and we still have none. We arenow having to drive to little ceasers to get a pizza. Very disappointing. Horrible customer service. Read more
