Unimpressed with the customer service from what I assume is the store manager. Jessica was not only extremely rude to me and my... 6 year old but she was also very nasty to her teenage colleagues. The two teenagers working were very polite and helpful. Iwould expect much better service from a woman much older than them. I stopped and grabbed a sandwich around 3 pm. I was completely impressed by the professional attitudes and attention give to me... as a customer. The place was clean, food displayed with care and pride. Sandwich was prepared as ordered. Taste great and didn'tfall apart as I was eating. The two young adults working here deserve to be fully compensated for the pride in this job theydisplay.. To management, I would highly recommend a increasing pay for these two. You know how hard it is to keep goodemployees. It all comes to to the brass tax and rewards for good reviews being more good reviews and more customers. Thank youfor the excellent service. Read more
Went here on weekends, the kids working here don't have the best work ethic and aren't very welcoming, they just stare at me... when I walk in, it makes me uncomfortable haha. I would order online and the sandwiches would be very underwhelming or not madecorrectly. Probably the worst Subway location I've been to honestly speaking. it?s not possible for me to leave a 0 so i give u a 1. i had the worst experience last night w my sandwich. I had asked for... LIGHT MAYO AND MUSTARD! my sandwich was completely DRENCHED in mustard and mayo, it was impossible to eat. i called to ask themif they can remake it considering they?re not to close for another 20 mins, the employee refused and refunded me the money.that?s not what i had asked for but it?s fine, they didn?t want to clean up after making my food, they?d rather get paid to sitdown and listen to music rather FIX my order that was so simple and they ruined. i will NEVER be returning here which suckssince the other closest subway is inside walmart but TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! i wish my husband had gotten the kids namesso i could put it here but he did not. most disgusting sandwich ever! took one bite and it was just mustard and mayo . learn howto read orders correctly. i know they could?ve fixed my order they just choose not too. How to get a meatball sub at 9:45. I was informed that they throw the meatballs away at 9:30. Teenager speaking to me was rude... and non-professional. I ordered a turkey sub instead walked in to pay for the order to see everything having already beencompletely put away by 9:47 p.m. and said Teenager rudely asked so what do you want on your sandwich again? Even though I hadjust told him in detail. When I informed him I was the one he had spoken to he simply Shrugged his shoulders. Friends werehanging out in the lobby no one said anything professional or welcoming in any way. Very disappointed I walked out so as not toinconvenience them.
