This place allows its employees to mishandled customers foodbwithout gloves. They pick at your food. Customers beware. There are... so many things wrong with Del tacos in this area. They are either inconsistent with posted hours, they have the worst customerservice. I didnt think it could get worse yet they proved me wrong. Read more

Slowest drive thru line ever at 1am took them almost 25 mins for 3 small orders, Update : just ate the food (if you wanna call... it that) and there was no excuse for why they took so long food was far from the normal del taco standards and tiny too ...normally when I get a chicken soft taco with chipotle sauce it's oozing out the ends with every bite ... Usually this Del Taco is on point, but the guy working the late night shift has made multiple errors on my orders on multiple... nights now. It's super frustrating (I know, shame on me for believing the guy did his job correctly) to get ready to eat yourmeal and whatever got put in the bag and handed to you is NOT what you ordered. Or to ask for ketchup and Del Scorcho sauce, betold by the employee at the drive thru window that they're in the bag, and then find out they are not. The only thing in the bagwas the wrong darn quesadilla. Not even a napkin. If my last 2 trips to this Del Taco had been my only 2, I for sure would havegiven a lower rating. But I don't want to hold the whole restaurant responsible for one employees negligence. Read more

I'm so upset. I work across the street and decided to walk to this Del taco to get some lunch and exercise in today. I had been... craving the Del carbons and thought I'd treat myself to a milkshake for my walk. Well to my surprise as I'm walking up to thedoor a staff member opens it and says ?we're closed?. Now I can see people inside eating so I'm confused. She stated that Icouldn't come in because they are short staff but let me tell you why I'm so hurt and disappointed. I am a proud black (AfricanAmerican) woman. I am well mannered and if I may say so I keep myself well groomed. As I'm walking away I see a Caucasian familywith 2 strollers and the exact same staff member holds the door open for them! I'm livid! If I had the time I would go back andprotest but I'm just too hungry and I have work to do... Sidenote it is around 12noon on a Saturday and everyone sitting insidewas either white or Hispanic. Newer Restaurant. Almost a flagship restaurant - but when I pulled into the parking lot and accessed the handicapped spot, I... walked all the way over to the door (in the afternoon) to find the lobby was closed. The drive-through was opened so I walkedall the way back to my vehicle at 4:15 pm, Sunday. I went through the drive-through and the people at 'the other end' of theordering speaker seemed confused, disoriented, and were struggling intensely. Finally, I completed my order and pulled alongside. After minutes of intense searching and multiple attempts at using the ordering register, the order went through. It seemedlike it was the first day of everyone that worked there, even though this location has been open for some time. BTW... I getVERY nervous when people take my credit card and disappear for quite sometime, especially when the card leaves my sight. It wasgone for a long period of time while the ordering processed was finally guessed correctly. To say there was mass confusion wouldbe an understatement. Finally the food came which was VERY good. Corporate needs to get off their cans and get in there to dotraining. The staff is trying and struggling. They obviously just have not been trained correctly, or not at all. That isvery apparent.
