I got the Pork belly & umami rice bowl, and tbh I was disappointed. The rice was overcooked, and the pork belly was too dry.... Gravy over flavored the rice too. Idk if I ever wanna try this specific dish again Read more

I discovered this comfort food Asian Mexican fusion food. Follow me! Highlights of the menu: 1. Fried chicken adobo 2. Tapsilog... rice bowl 3. Ube upside down pie 4. Pandan creme brulee The food is so good! Everything I need is in a bowl with super yummyseasoning. Located in The Rodeo 39 Public Market, it?s convenient and great place to hang. Besides rice bowls, they have otheryummy appetizers and desserts. Love it! They also have taco Tuesday for $1 each. Read more

Ordered the Adobo Bowl and it was an easy one dish meal. Rice on the bottom and not too drenched in adobo sauce (which I think... was mostly soy sauce). Soft boiled egg was fine and braised pork belly portion was enough. The pork did not have too much crunchto it though it looked a bit dry. Ordered during the height of dinner hours, would have preferred it to be served a bit hotter.Likely most of my criticism was from eating it outside on a cold day so this fusion Filipino dish is still worth trying. This place has the best food! l love the different combinations and flavors of each bowl. I liked it the first time around I had... to go for another order. Only downside I would say is the waiting period. It took a while but we?ll worth it for the good food! Read more

There is no better meal for an Asian than a bowl of hearty rice with protein. It?s the epitome of ?homey? for us. Now that we?re... in this day and age with plenty of influences from different cultures and flavors, where else can we bring our comfort foods tomake it just as comforting but fun? Oi Asian Fusion basically sums up their purpose in their name. Looking at their menu I?mgoing to go out on a limb and say that they're primarily focused on Filipino flavors. The most recommended bowl for me was theAdobo bowl. Adobo Bowl - ($10.59) - The bowl came out fresh and ready, the wait time was maybe 10 minute max. The most alluringaspect to this bowl for me was the perfectly soft boiled egg. This got me excited. Next to it was a thinly sliced piece of porkbelly with a generous helping of adobo sauce smothered over the protein and rice. The pork was not as tender as I would havepreferred, especially with the slices being so thin. The adobo sauce was amazing, and it was even better with a bit of egg yolkwith a spoonful of rice. BOMB. Now, I don't recommend getting this and taking leftovers home or even takeout if you?re notplanning on eating it right away. As soon as we got home and reheated it the adobo sauce got super vinegary and the smell wasless enticing. (as nice as I can put it) Overall, the experience was okay. The bowl was pretty good, the price point was decentand service was quick. I think if I'm in Rodeo again I?d be down to try something else on the menu! Read more

They make everything fresh. I found the food to be excellent. I really loved the dish I ordered: Mushroom and Egg Bowl. It... had king oyster mushrooms, enoki, bunapi, oyster mushrooms, Cotija, shishito peppers, and a soft boiled egg all on top of rice. Read more
