When I order extra cheese I would like extra cheese, not less cheese. When I order a pizza half pepperoni and half sausage I... would like it to be 50/50. I'm never really one to complain, I don't like to be that person and I get that mistakes happen! I've never had an issue with my... orders up until yesterday night but because it was already late and my family was hungry I didn't want to go back and wait formy order to be remade. I had ordered online and I asked for the large pan pizza with 3 toppings pepperoni, Italian sausage andpineapple and an order of breadsticks. The breadsticks were there but the pizza??? I ended up getting a large pepperoni pizzawith Italian sausage on one side?? I should have checked the minute I picked up the pizza, normally they always open it and showyou what it is but the lady who cashed me out didn't even do that so that was my mistake for not verifying that it was infactwhat I had ordered. Where is the sign that says I'm going to be hit with a service fee? I walked in & ordered. Then you want me to $2 for Parmesan &... crushed pepper... R u kidding me? Advertised $9.99 ends up at $13.
