We stopped to get a stuffed crusted pizza and 2 litter of mountain Dew. The lady told us the price and We knew something was... wrong cause it was cheap we asked her if she he ad order down right and she told us in not friendly way it would be 15 minutesand we said ok.. I picked my pizza up and it was not the same pizza I ordered, it wasn't cut and it didn't have pepperonis..when I called back to... tell them it wasn't correct they were rude and offered little consolation for my inconvenience. Read more
Take a little longer than usual but pizza was great
Order 2 pizzas on 6/7, both were wrong when we got them home. Called the store and spoke to a manager. She stated to call the... store when I was ready to place another order and they would replace the 2 pizzas for free. Called today and they had noinformation on a "remake" order and without me having a name of the manager I spoke to I was out of luck. They said they wouldtry to locate the info and would call me back. It's now been 40 minutes and no call back, so much for my kid picking us updinner on his way home from work. Ordered pizza took forever for service to even aknowledge the customers in the front kept ignoring customers for drive thru... customers. Order was wrong and had to be re made worst service.
