Ordered pizza with extra topping cheese. When I picked up, there was no extra cheese. I asked and said that I paid for extra... topping and was told she put 3 times the amount. This was not true! It had no extra cheese. I order the same every week, andknow if it's extra or not. Most weeks it's good, but this lady was rude. I know things can happen and this is first really bad pizza we have ever had at papa Murphy. There was so much salt I could dry... out the pizza and but it in a salt shaker I know you make good pizza but ours was just good at all . The flavor was roff andhonestly tasted bad and so bland. l think Something happened don?t know what but ours was unstable. Read more

Well today I called to order a cowboy pizza, large and much to our surprise it was the worse cowboy pizza we have had !! It was... dry and did not have all the stuff that was suppose to have!! Absolutely worst customer service. My husband was going to pick up our order. But you had atleast 10 people inside with no... masks on. When he called asked to pay over phone and explained he's a transplant recipient and severely immune compromised andhave curbside. You refused to accommodate. We're very rude. And basically blew us off. We will never go to your Stanwoodlocation ever again. Read more

Will no longer go to the Stanwood Papa Murphy?s. They used to be good, but over the last two years, I?ve given them ample... opportunity to return to the quality of product and service they used to serve. Tonight was the last straw. There seems to beno management, or oversight. Not worth $20, let alone $5, for the quality of food coming out of there. Not even worthcomplaining to them, just won?t spend my money there anymore. We were very excited to get the Outlaw new pizza. When o came in to pick it up, I didn?t even recognize it because it basically... looked like a plain cheese pizza. I then saw some Fritos (barely) but took it anyway after cooking it, I had to go back to themenu to see what was supposed to be on it. Brisket? What brisket? Cheetos? Maybe less than a dozen.
