As a local, and who lives close by to the pub and who wants to promote local businesses I have to sadly say how my recent... experience 10/9/22 was a little more than disappointing! It took almost an hour for our food to arrive. And this was after rushhour. We were the 4th table when we arrived. The table behind us ordered the same time we did and received their food and leftbefore we got our order. Our waitress was awesome! she kept coming by knowing we were not happy customers.and the manger wasapologetic and did offer too buy a round. As a local to the area I was embraced to bring my friends from another country to thisestablishment. The food was just ok, we sent the fries back as they were cold, my wife received her food 10 minutes after we gotour food! This was my third bad experience In a row at this pub! Food is fantastic. Perfectly cooked. But I will never understand how poor the service can be. I have never been impressed. They... change staff so frequently and the ones that stick around never get better. They rush you with a check yet never come to pick itup. They completely lose orders and make you re-prder 45 minutes later. You also will never be recognized as a regular. Nomatter how often you come. Don't even ask about the time it takes to get a beer. I love this place! Local to my house so it's a "go to" spot for us. It'd be 5 stars if the pricing on food was a little more... reasonable. But I understand Location Location Location. Staff is great and the beer is cold! See you next week :) Read more

Had high hopes after reading the reviews. Was sorely disappointed. The mixed drinks were abysmal and the whiskey cokes were... watery. Service was weak, had to flag down servers to get another round of drinks and refills on the fountain drinks. It tookover an hour for our order to come out. The only redemption was the food was good. When the bill came we were over charged dueto a server error. Waited another 5 min on a manager that never came and finally gave up and left because the wait wasridiculous. Read more

The food was good and everyone on staff was very nice. The place could definitely use more soft items, both on the walls and on... the ceiling, as the bass in the sound system overwhelmed the rest of the audio. The music was the only detractor from theplace... I am unsure if rap is the best music to play a dinner crowd on a Friday evening, but I am guessing that none of theother folks enjoying their dinner there were super pleased with the choice of dinner music. The artwork on the walls was donevery nicely. I very much enjoyed the art, the food, and the staff. Drop by and enjoy some great food, delivered to your table bysome nice folks.
