Food was good and fresh but the service was slow and the staff were all young kids who were ?super excited? to be there. I?m... pretty sure that the lady expediting the orders was the manager and she was yelling at her staff to go here go there come offbreak ect. Was an entertaining wait for my food lol. Read more
We ordered and initially sat in the back left corner of the dining room. The floor was dirty and sticky everywhere, so we moved... closer to the front. We waited 25 minutes to get our food and there were two other people there besides us.....A guy broughtour food to us in to go bags, even though we were clearly dining in, and said, "Sorry, I don't know if the order is right, I'mnot the cook." We ordered two kids cheeseburger meals, and two number 5 combos, which was two cheeseburgers with fries. Theydidn't make two of the burgers plain as requested and I just had my son wipe off the ketsup, mustard, and pickles rather thanwait for them to remake them. I got a bacon cheeseburger. Asked for no pickles saw there were pickles so I opened up the sandwich to take the pickles off and... saw this. Another time I went through I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was MOLDY!!!!! Do not go here. There are plenty ofgood food places in staples such as subway and Dairy Queen. They may be a bit more expensive but better than paying for mold andstickers. Another time I went inside there was an employee named Jessie working. I ordered French fries and she put them in thebag accidentally spilled a few and then threw the bag of my fries on the floor like a child. Then started moving her mouth in astrange way. She then proceeded to grab me new fries and practically threw the bag at me. I have given this place 2 weeks to make this right and they have failed to do that. So on Saturday April 30 I picked my... daughter up from work. She was hungry and decided on Burger King. We pulled into drive thru at 9:12 pm. After waiting 12minutes We ordered 2 regular hamburgers, 2 big kings and a large fry. We finally get to the window and pay. Then told to pullup and wait. Long story short it was 10:15 when the finally brought food out only to find out that it was wrong. There wereonly 2 people working and at least 10 cars in line. I reached out, because I just want a refund for the wrong food. Totalsilence. It's a regular habit at this location to fill orders wrong. We will just skip it all together from now on. Read more
